My husband and I work out faithfully 2-3 days/week. Good health and physical fitness is obviously important to us but this info-graphic may be a reality check for both of us. What I found out here is that his muscle strength peaked over 20 years ago, and I won't be happy with my body for another 25+ years?!
Good news for all of you nearing retirement though, you are expected to have a resurgence of life satisfaction at age 69!!
